Lazard, Inc. finalized its acquisition of Campbell Lutyens on Nov. 2, 2026, and simultaneously unveiled Lazard CL, a newly branded global private capital advisory business, the New York- and London-based firm announced. The deal, which was first disclosed on April 30, 2026, marks a significant expansion of Lazard's footprint in the fast-growing private capital marketplace.
The combination merges Lazard's established financial advisory network with Campbell Lutyens' specialist expertise in private capital fundraising and secondaries advisory.
